Roles & Responsibilities

To support our business expansion, we are sourcing for 2 admin staff to be a member of our Business Support Team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries on products, orders and deliveries via email/call/Whatsapp/walk-in. Your main job responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, sorting of documents, answering phone enquiries
  • Handle purchase requests, sales and delivery orders and system update
  • Customer Service support
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Good communication skills, mature and self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task and good in time management skills

Roles & Responsibilities
  • In charge of industrial timing and V belt products with good knowledge of related production and it’s application, capable of coaching sales and customers;
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops/training with customers for the Management and Technical Team as required. 
  • Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
  • Develop Power Transmission learning modules for new hires and existing employees.
  • Work with commercial team to conduct site study on customer’s environment, and data analysis.
  • Development of technical proposals, value propositions, third parties offerings with Distributors/Channel and/or end customers.
  • Provide on-going support to Distributors and/or target customers as they upgrade their facilities to ensure customer satisfaction and garner new business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Transmission industry. 
  • Familiarity with industrial belt drive systems is an advantage. 
  • High level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and collaborate across multiple levels within the company, and with suppliers.
  • Strong technical, analytical and problems solving skills.
