- Installation of conveyor systems for new projects
- Fabrication & installation of conveyor belts at client’s site
Requirements
- At least Nitec in Engineering, preferably in Electronics/Mechatronics
- A team player who is able to communicate well with all levels
- Fresh ITE graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Travel to client’s site based on project needs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote conveyor systems and automation solutions
- Coordinate local sales activities for system and integration opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and drive each project with factory and local technical resources
- Work closely with marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans

Roles & Responsibilities
To support our business expansion, we are sourcing for 2 admin staff to be a member of our Business Support Team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries on products, orders and deliveries via email/call/Whatsapp/walk-in. Your main job responsibilities will include:
- Point of contact for customers for products, order and deliveries
- Handle enquiries relating to products, orders and deliveries through email, phone or walk-in
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing and sorting of documents
- Handle purchase requests, sales and delivery orders, and system update
- Customer service support
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Good communication skills, mature and self-motivated
- Able to multi-task and good time management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage industrial timing and V-belt products, and provide technical guidance to sales team and customers
- Conduct training sessions, workshops and meetings with customers, Management and Technical Team
- Maintain a strong technical knowledge of all products and its application
- Develop Power Transmission training modules for new and current employees
- Work with commercial team to conduct on-site assessment and data analysis
- Development of technical proposals, value propositions, third parties offerings with distributors and end users
- Support distributors and customers during facility upgrades to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Transmission industry
- Familiarity with industrial belt drive systems
- High level interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate across multiple levels within the company and with suppliers
- Strong technical, analytical and problems solving skills

- Identify quality issues and report writing
- Establish monitoring and quality assurance processes

Requirements
- Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in automation systems
- Those without experience will also be considered as training will be provided
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Possess good technical knowledge and supervisory skills
