Siegling Extremultus elastic food tapes have been specially designed for applications in the food industry.

The belts’ quality and performance have a major impact on the speed and reliability with which our customers can operate their distribution processes. The belt’s tension member plays a pivotal role in the process. Polyester fabric is today’s standard. But polyamide sheet or Aramide fabric are also used. The tension member’s embedded in a thermoplastic intermediate layer. Rubber elastomer or urethane are the two friction layers’ coating materials. The combination of the tension member and coating gives these belts their special characteristics, tailored to the conveyor type and application. The splice can be made quickly, cleanly and on site without requiring any extra adhesives (in the case of the Aramide and Polyester line).
